Can I accumulate points?
You earn points when:

You spend at any Supergreen outlet and inform the cashier during checkout

It’s your birthday! You get 500 points automatically. 500 points will expire within 1 month.
Redemption of points will not be applicable for the following:

I forgot to add my points to a purchase, what should I do?
Log in to your profile, click on submit receipt, our backend team will approve uploaded receipts within 1-2 working days and your points will be credited after!

A receipt is required for backend approval. Without it, the request cannot be approved.

Receipt must be within 2 weeks from date of upload. Image must be clear for checking.

Successful receipts will be approved within 1-2 working days.

Image must be in JPEG. or PNG.

Can I combine points with other discounts?
Please note that due to our POS system limitations, discounts and promotions cannot be combined within a single transaction. Each transaction is limited to 1 discount redemption only.
For example, a $10 voucher cannot be used together with a complimentary topping redemption in the same transaction.
*How does the birthday rewards work?
You will receive 500 points for your brithday rewards during your birthday month!
You must make 1 purchase (If it's your first time creating an account)
Can I transfer my points?
Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered account holder.
